We employed Ken to undertake a pre-sale report on our house. He arrived on site at the pre-arranged time (a bonus when we have such limited spare time of our own!) Ken is a pleasure to deal with and readily answered the questions we had. The written report arrived promptly. It was thorough, comprehensive and unbiased containing maintenance recommendations and we liked the way it contained an introduction to the property.
When we sell and move we will definitely employ Ken again to look at any property that we purchase as a replacement home.
